My First Live Reading!

As part of my publication with Door Is A Jar Magazine, who released three of my poems, LAST CONVERSATION, JOUSKA, and MOST PAINFUL THING EVER SAID, in their Fall 2024 issue, I was invited to participate in a live reading event. This was my first live reading ever and was very exciting! I chose to read LAST CONVERSATION, which is my favorite out of those pieces. I was nervous, though, because it has special formatting which doesn’t easily translate into the spoke word. I think I did it just, though.

Door Is A Jar recorded the event and broke it down into separate videos for each individual reader. They have been slowly releasing them into the wild and LAST CONVERSATION came out today!
